What was the highlight of Casa Lit Barcelona
Good
The location of the hotel is perfect. You have access to the metro and bus. Some of the tourist attractions are close (15-30 min walk). The girls at the reception are very kind. The room was cleaned every day.
The exception comes from a young "gentleman" who was at the reception at the time of check-in. I don't even know how to describe the situation (it's kind of bizarre). The gentleman in question asked the questions mechanically, plus he addressed me as if he were the teacher and I was the student. At one point I didn't know if he was joking or serious, it seemed like he was laughing at me.

Wonderful
The hotel interior is well designed, cosy. The room was clean and tidy.
There wasn't a separated bathroom, the shower was inside the room separated by a curtain. Strange solution, but works. The neighborhood was not the nicest.

What was the highlight of Casa Lit Barcelona
Very Good
I had a great experience here. Everyone is complaining about the homeless people outside of the hotel but we didn't see any when we stayed there. At least not directly outside. It's not as sketchy as some people say, however this is all a matter of perspective. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big enough with enough space to hang your clothes etc. It's a hotel room so idk what people expect. The bed was comfortable. Location is super central so you don't have any trouble getting around. I would say that it's great for the price. The breakfast was also fine. Some of the staff were friendlier than others but overall also fine, no problems there.
Just the hairdryer is like a toy and overheats after a minute of use.
